President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree establishing a visa-free regime for citizens of Australia, New Zealand, and the countries of the Arabian Peninsula which are Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the Saudi-Arabia.

Since  August 1, 2020, about a week ago, a visa-free regime of entry into Ukraine and transit through the territory of Ukraine for citizens of Australia, New Zealand, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if their stay in Ukraine does not exceed 90 days during 180 days. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to take the measures expiring from this decree,” the text of the document reads.

In another new, the Chinese will also start enjoying a Visa-free regime with Ukraine from the 1st of September 2020.

This is stated in the decree of President Volodymyr Zelensky No.295 of July 28, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

“Introduce for the period from August 1, 2020, to January 31, 2021, a visa-free regime of entry to Ukraine and transit through the territory of Ukraine for citizens of the People’s Republic of China who enter Ukraine with a tourist purpose, if the period of their stay in Ukraine does not exceed 30 days within 180 days,”  the statement reads.
