Vienna’s 16th to 19th districts are known for their rich history and cultural landmarks.

The 16th district, Ottakring, is home to a diverse community and boasts stunning views of the city. Home to the Famous Ottakring brewery, Vienna’s last remaining brewery within the city.

Hernals is the 17th district. Apart from its remarkable geographical location, this district is also very popular due to its numerous tourist attractions:

The 18th district is also known as a noble neighbourhood, amongst others because there are many embassies: Israel, the Republic of Korea, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, and Ukraine.

It hosts some of the most expensive residential areas such as Grinzing, Sievering, Neustift am Walde and Kaasgraben ,and the best Heuriger (wine taverns).

Most tourists head for Grinzing, and, further up the hill, the Kahlenberg and Leopoldsberg.
